We updated and renovated the façade and interiors according to Historic Preservation standards. We also renovated the rooftop terrace, built out a signature Mediterranean restaurant and added guest amenities – gym and media room. We currently manage day-to-day operations of the property.

Built in 1936, the Nassau Suites Hotel is a welcoming, all-suite hotel located in the Miami Beach Art Deco District, with planned renovation debuting 2017.

After a restoration to the signature features of the existing building, we will add an additional wing, expanding the hotel to accommodate more guests. We also plan to modernize the existing façade and interiors according to Historic Preservation standards while introducing new design features. The renovation will debut in 2017.
